I have been a patient of Dr Burke’s for 5 years from infertility issues to successfully having two beautiful children to helping with my endometriosis. I was referred to Dr Burke by a friend. I was having fertility issues and wasn’t sure what direction to go. Dr Burke spent 45 minutes on the phone with me. He explained the whole process, his calming voice and the way he explains everything to you makes it easy to understand. Every visit you left with every single question answered. The thing I love the most, Dr Burke gives out his personal cell phone number, he’s available at all hours. We have talked at 7am on a random Wednesday or noon on a Sunday. Going through a sensitive issue, Dr Burke is there for you every step of the way. He genuinely cares and takes time with every single patient. I thank God and Dr Burke that I was blessed with two healthy children.

When my husband and I were married, we had dreams of welcoming new life into our family. However, it became obvious that infertility would be part of our journey to parenthood.
I was referred to Dr. Burke from my Ob/Gyn. After meeting him, I was relieved to find a doctor who was very honest, smart, and caring. Dr. Burke was willing to work with us within our faith beliefs when it came to infertility and encouraged us to keep God at the center of our journey.
He let us know that his patients either ended up having children or were correctly diagnosed with what was preventing pregnancy. My main diagnosis was advanced stage endometriosis.
After years of waiting for a baby’s safe arrival, we were very blessed to not only have one child but three. Not only did we end up with our beautiful children, but Dr. Burke has continued to treat me as my endocrinologist. For almost twenty years, he has continued to really be part of our family, helping to make major health decisions, working to find the safest medical options for me and always ending every appointment with asking me if I had any other questions. I do tease him a little bit saying I hope he is helping to train someone to take his place, but the truth is that he is not replaceable.

I left a voicemail for Dr. Burke’s office in 2022 on the verge of a crisis because my PMDD had become unbearable. Even though the office was technically closed, he called me back shortly and was on the phone with me for over an hour. He listened to my concerns through my tears and did a complete assessment. Since then, Dr. Burke has changed my life. Unlike many physicians I had met with to discuss PMDD and related concerns, Dr. Burke didn’t jump to prescribing medicine or adapting a “one size fits all” approach. He was thorough in ensuring I received appropriate bloodwork and began tracking my symptoms. Within a few months of my first visit, my life had changed. Dr. Burke is always easily reachable, attentive during visits, and compassionate. He always provides easy to understand information on the endocrine system, medication, and other related medical concerns. Dr. Burke is unlike any physician I’ve ever met and he truly saved my life.
